Mr. Basista joined Bankson Engineers in 1986, after prior experience with the Allegheny County Health Department and other consulting engineering firms.  He is a project engineer specializing in the planning and design of water and wastewater systems.  He is responsible for the design and administration of treatment, pumping, distribution and collection systems and municipal projects, with a focus on drinking water and wastewater systems.  Mr. Basista has provided operator assistance on numerous municipal wastewater treatment plant operational problems.  Mr. Basista’s full resumé is available upon request.
